People for the Peoplemover is a group of Disneyland fans trying to ge
the park to bring the beloved WEDWay Peoplemover (or Peoplecrusher, a
it's known to afficianados familiar with its body count) ride.

Tomorrowland, the Peoplemover's home, has always been problematic
ever since opening day ("Dairy Farmers of America present: Th
Cow of the Future!") but the PeopleCrusher was one ride tha
always managed to feel futuristic, or at least retrofuturistic.
miss it -- and love riding the East Coast version that still operate
at Walt Disney World

For years, I have been all for brining the original Peoplemover back, with
some design updates of course. In fact, not only is the track still in
place, but the mechanism from Rocket Rods should not be that hard to
replace. In addition, I would like to see the same type Peoplemover
connecting the Disneyland Entrance Plaza with the Main Parking Structure,
the Convention Center and the Garden Walk.
