That has been a very, very poorly kept secret. My BDM told me that
"something really cool is going to be announced later this month (this
was right after the 1st) about the Disney Wonder and Los Angeles."

Most people have known this was going to happen as soon as the new
ships were announced.

Secret? It hasn't been a secret for a long time. Disney announced the
California homeporting nearly two years ago:

Yeah, I didn't read the article, just misread your post.

The announcement she's been telling me is coming still has been made.

Bets are new itineraries for the Caribbean, future Med sailings,
really different deployments. Or maybe just major makeovers for the
two older ships.

My fave has been Hawai'i, which is just not going to happen.

Disney should build one of these. Nearly a mile long and 25 decks high, it
would be big enough for a floating Disney theme park, several hotels and
lots of other stuff.

Disney could make the Freedom Ship a reality.
