Who resigned at Disney

While on a recent vacation/cruise, my wife Deborah and I saw just a quick
note at the bottom of the CNN newscast, that Disney CEO resigns. That's all
we ever saw... no further news, no follow-ups, nothing. Even this newsgroup
did not mention a thing about this, so it is obviously not the case.
However, CNN still had flashed this information. Anyone have any details as
to what this is really all about.
