"Get ready Disney fans! Disneyland Wednesday announced that their “Guardians of
the Galaxy” attraction will open May 27. Guardians of the Galaxy — Mission:
BREAKOUT! will feature characters from the movie based on a Marvel comic book
series. Visitors will have the opportunity to “help Rocket bust his pals out of
the Collector’s Fortress,” according to Disneyland’s blog. The attraction will
also include “randomized ride experiences complete with all-new visional and
audio effects and music inspired by the popular film soundtracks,” according to
Disney. The attraction will take over a space previously used for the “Tower of
Terror” ride — a decision that has rankled some “Tower of Terror” devotees. -

Anaheim, CA Monday February 12, 2017 - In retaliation to new higher parking
($20) and ticket prices($174 peak 1 day, park hopper passport) an owner of a
Ford Explorer parked next to a Toyota Prius in the Mickey and Friends parking
structure and proceed to charge their Galaxy S7 smartphone directly from the SUV
battery in the engine compartment. The resulting toxic fire hospitalize seven
cast members involved in evacuating the structure.
